I’m a renter. I’ve been a renter during the 10 years I’ve lived in the bay area, and while I probably should’ve spent some of my hard-earned cash on one of those “amazingly expensive” $300k townhouses back in 1999, it looks like it may still be a good time to rent.
Anyway, I pretty regularly revel in watching stuff like this. Probably not very nice of me, but at today’s rates, you’ve got to take your entertainment where you can get it.
